ThG Requirements (Graduate of Theology)
This degree is not designed for ministerial students but rather those students (male and female) that seek a higher level of Bible education. It is meant to prepare the student for any type of Christian service (full-time or otherwise) other than the calling of a preacher.
51 semester hours of required classes
30 semester hours of elective classes
8 semester hours allotted for Practical Assignments
6 semester hours allotted for your Thesis
4 semester hours of Independent Study
1 semester hour of Pastor’s School of Discipleship
100 semester hours to graduate with a ThG
BD Requirements (Bachelor of Divinity)
The Bachelor of Divinity degree is designed primarily for the man who is preparing for the ministry. Its required courses demand a more rigorous schedule and it allows less flexibility for elective courses. While this degree is offered to male students only, any female may take any of its required courses with the exception of Homiletics I & II.
